Finally spring?

\"spring.jpg\"

It is pretty outside, and I got into Tech! I suppose I should try to go to their info session on April 18 now. I will be severely jetlagged, but.. oh well. Today I had to make up two tests during lunch, and I finished with time to spare! (Well, yes, they were short tests.) So then I probably didn\’t do too well. I think I did do okay on the first part of the government one, but I didn\’t know the last few questions too well and that\’s just the part where my teacher (the scary nun) decided to sit next to me and stare at me. Nice. Sure that helped. I hope I did okay though because I had a C+ for my quarter grade without that test grade, eep. Oh no, I have a doctor appt. tonight, because this weekend I discovered a mysterious bump on my right leg. My mom assures me it\’s not a tumor, but what does she know, she only works in a hospital. ;) Actually this is not so bad because at least there might be a cause for the continuous leg pain. (Haha Nov. 17.. yes it takes us a while to get on top of problems around here.)

They\’re doing a \”heritage day\” at school someday this week and we\’re supposed to dress for that.. somehow. I don\’t know what I\’ll wear though. I am Irish and Italian but mostly Czech. Maybe I\’ll just wear a lot of different colors. Haha but I amused myself greatly at the end of the day by thinking of the phrase \”Czech it out\” and I told my sister we should put that on a shirt but she didn\’t find it as clever as I did. Hm. Still think it\’s pretty good, though.

Man, girlie! You are knocking them dead on the college circuit! GO TECH! hehe That’s wonderful news.

And we are going dress shopping, when, exactly?

  2. Allie says:

Yay… CONGRATULATIONS! :) By the way, your decisions come in very late.

“Czech it out” made me laugh, which caused my mother to look at me funny.

I don’t know if it’s the phrase that amuses or knowing that you “amused [yourself] greatly … by thinking of the phrase.” Well, you’ve managed to amuse two people :D

(I’m still laughing. Well, I’m stifling my laughter… ’cause my mom keeps looking at me.)

Hehe, oh good I’m not the only one! It was great.. I was walking to my car after school and I thought about it, and then I was just giggling to myself in the parking lot. No wonder people keep their distance. ;)

I’m czeching you out, cool kid. BEEEYOOOTIFUL weather we are having. I’m glad you liked IU and CONGRATS ON TECH you uber-awesome person! Boo on decisions, though. It’s not like we need to learn how to make them to succeed in the real world. John Mayer says it doesn’t exist. I’m going with him on this one. Love you!

Haha… I thought it said, “I was talking to my car after school” and… thought that was a little weird, even for you ;D So I looked again and it said, “walking.” Whew :)
